You are way past looking at how to articles that teach you about deep breathing and other coping skills. Getting over an anxiety attack or panic attack is much deeper than that.
You are way past asking your doctor for benzodiazepines, knowing their going to say no.
You’ve thought about those online services that prescribe medicine. Only to find out you’ll get Hydroxazine which doesn’t do shit.
Your Anxiety is Making You Tired and Sick
You’re tired of everyone asking what’s wrong.
You are tired of walking out of jobs impulsively because you “need to get out of the situation.”
You’re tired of your pulse being 100. You know your better when it’s at 80.
You’re tired of the insecure mess of a life you have.
You know that Adderral will make you feel better. You know a Xanax brings out the true person your supposed to be.
You won’t get any of that help, ever. Maybe because of your bad choices.
Expect the Unexpected with Anxiety
How much in control are we when anxiety takes over? None.
We live everyday not knowing what to expect, or how we are going to feel when we wake up.
Why can’t we just go back to dreaming and sleep more? As if going to bed at 7pm and waking up at 10am wasn’t enough sleep.
After the reoccurring dreams; the talking to yourself in your dreams that wakes you up at night gasping for air.
That one phone call you wish you had that you don’t have anymore.
That one best friend you want, but in turn have pushed everyone away.
The hope our bodies will get used to this new normal that’s not all so new. It’s been around for as long as we remember, not just when we saw the doctor first.
It was there, hiding all along.
Give me peace today, anxiety.
Just die.
